🌍 What are your shipping terms?
We ship globally from our facility in China. Shipping methods include:
- EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP
- Sea, air, or express courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx)
🕯️ Do you offer samples?
Yes! We highly recommend starting with a sample to ensure your candle meets your expectations. Sample production usually takes 7–10 working days. We can create:
- Pre-stocked fragrance samples
- Fully customized scent and packaging mockups
Sample costs are credited toward your bulk order.
🧪 Are your candles safe and compliant with international regulations?
Yes. Our products comply with major international safety standards, including IFRA for fragrance safety, and we follow REACH and CLP guidelines for labeling and ingredients. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), IFRA certificates, and SDS documents are available upon request.
💳 What payment terms do you offer?
For new clients, we usually require a 50% deposit and 50% before shipment. For repeat customers or large orders, flexible terms may be discussed. We accept T/T, PayPal (for samples), and L/C for qualifying bulk orders.
🔥 What is the average burn time of your candles?
Burn time depends on the wax type, wick size, and container volume. On average:
- 120g candle: 20–25 hours
- 200g candle: 35–40 hours
- 300g candle: 50–60 hours We can adjust formulations to match your burn time preferences.
🛡️ Do you provide brand confidentiality and white-label support?
Absolutely. All custom designs, formulations, and packaging are treated as confidential. We work with many private label and white label clients and can even sign NDAs if needed.
🧼 How do you ensure scent consistency across large orders?
We maintain strict batch control using digital fragrance formulation records and internal QC benchmarks. All batches are tested and approved before packaging. You’ll receive a test candle for confirmation before mass production.
